Delivery & Returns
For the delivery of your items we use both Shopify and Sendle to mange orders and postage, this gives us an easy and effective delivery method for successfully sending out everyones orders without missing any important information or items. This will also make our delivery much faster meaning you as the customer will receive your clothes quicker with less worry. For returns we use AfterShip and Returns Centre, which are great applications for keeping track of customers returning products.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
- Items must be returned with the correct shipping packaging bag that came with the item.
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached.
- We wish for the invoices to be sent back with the item if possible.
If your return complies with our policy, we will refund your original payment excluding the cost of shipping, we do not return shipping costs that the customer has payed for.
As a clothing brand we take pride in our clothing and make sure everything is in prime condition with no faults whatsoever. If there is a piece of clothing that is damaged or flawed please email us with the appropriate subject. Once the item is sent back to us we will promptly replace the flawed item.
